Our Technicians Train Hands-On with True Manufacturing

Good repairs start with good training. This fall, Rox Services technicians completed hands-on training with True Manufacturing focused on commercial ice machines — how they cycle, where they fail, and how to catch small problems before they become a Friday-night emergency.

The training covered ice machine diagnostics, sanitation and descaling, water quality, and the preventive care that keeps machines producing clean ice through the busiest seasons.

For our customers, that means faster diagnosis, fewer callbacks, and ice machines that are cleaned and checked the way the manufacturer intends. Training like this is part of how we take care of the kitchens that take care of Portland.
